How often do you upload content?

How often do you post new conent in your forum or in your blog? How many topics and how many posts do you usually post per day or per week?
Personally, I usually post 3 or 4 topics per day in my forums and I make 15+ posts. I believe that if the administrator doesn't post, no one will post, right?
