Teenagers

I have been in many forums which have teenagers in many important staff positions. Do you think that teenagers are suitable for being staff members? Do you think that they have the appropriate behavior?
Personally, I don't think that teenagers are suitable for being in charge of important things because they are not so experienced. Although, I know that many teenagers are more experienced than others adults. But who will take the risk? 

Well, I'm 15 (SURPRISE... ) and I personally don't judge people by age. If you can help us make our forum the best it can be in all the best ways, you're hired!

I look more at a persons' maturity level than I do their age. I do think some individuals take longer to mature than others, while others might mature rather quickly. So I look at a persons' individuality and their personality more than I do anything else.
