You have 30 new PMs

I think that all the administrators will agree with me. There are many annoying persons who PM me in order to get a staff position. They usually are young persons who have much free time. How do you deal with them?
I usually answer only to the first private message and I explain him/her that he/she must discuss it with the Team Leader. Although, I receive some other PMs from spammers who want to become Administrators. This is really interesting. Most of the times, I laugh. Some others, I asked them to make me Administrator on their sites.

I give them a warning, and if they continue, ban. I hate people who think all they have to do to achieve a staff position is say please... If you want to become a staff member, wait until the admin/TL provides an opportunity for you to apply...
