Pros
When i first saw the forum, i was surprised saw some affiliates ads in the announcement area. It was actually my first time seeing it there. I kind of liked the banner as it fits in with the rest of the forum. The navigation bar is really nice.

Cons
In the homepage massage, i saw a spelling mistake. You spelled 'welcome' as 'welcom'. You have missed out an 'e'. The forum's background is plain. Try making a background image that looks tells other guests what the forums is about and it also has to be a nice background. I can see that your forum is not really active. Try inviting your friends to join the forum.

Nice banner, good place of putting the affiliate ads and navigation bar.

You really need to work on...
Background image, careless spelling mistakes and more active forum.
