First Impressions & Appearance
When I first joined your forum, the look of the logo told me exactly what you're forum was about (Gaming). I was quite impressed with the logo and coloring, though I would suggest making the characters in the logo look a bit colorful compared to the back ground. I think it should stand out a bit more.

The layout was quite interesting. I was able to navigate easily through the forum, and It didn't take me long to figure out the basic layout. I do, however, suggest that you add a suggestion board. This is critical for members who know what you could do to improve.

I was surprised to find a rather small amount of members on your forum total, and an even smaller number of active members. I think you and your staff should get posting. You may also want to tell your staff to advertise as well.

I didn't find a lot of questionable content on here, which means your staff does a good job. Just note that once you start getting a lot of activity, you may want to hire some more staff.

Spelling/Grammar & Professionalism
I'm no grammar teacher, so this is definitely not the easiest thing for me to evaluate, but I noticed quite a bit of professionalism and good grammar. Nice job on this part.

Your organization, your team, and your professionalism are your strongest points. I was really impressed with what I saw in these aspects.

Things to Improve
The only things you need to work on: a bit of organization, a bit on the logo, and a LOT on activity and promotion. I know it's never easy getting your forum noticed, but enough hard work will pay off.
